Banaras Hindu University seeks project staff for an ICSSR-funded study on Northeast India’s tribal culture. Vacancies include Research Associate, Assistant, and Field Investigator. Applicants must submit materials by February 15, 2026, to the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Research Associate (1) | Rs. 47,000/- | Post graduate in any social science discipline (minimum 55% marks) with NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D. and 2 years research experience as a Research Assistant in any Project. |
Research Assistant (1) | Rs. 37,000/- | Post graduate in any social science discipline (minimum 55% marks) with NET / M.Phil. / Ph.D.. |
Field Investigator (3) | Rs. 20,000/- | Post graduate in any social science/science discipline with minimum 55% marks. |
