. Master's degree in a heritage related field (architecture conservation, history of art, art/architectural research, heritage management, urban conservation, archaeology, heritage economics and so forth)
. Minimum of five years of work experience in relevant fields. . Background in research.
SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Developing and coordinating the research related initiatives at IHA.
. Support the ongoing academic activities of the division.
. Conduct training and workshops for subjects related to research in the heritage sector. This would include academic teaching sessions for diverse stakeholders.
. Develop and coordinate IHA publications with the editorial and design team.
. Contribute and support the academic development and collaborative initiatives, for example, climate change and heritage etc.
. Preparing and maintaining budget and activity reports for the research programmes.
. Engage with diverse stakeholders and takers of the research programmes.
? Contribute to the division's social-media campaigns/promotions.
? Support to the relevant activities conducted within the division and INTACH.
. Prepare reports, presentations and other supporting material for IHA programmes.
. Preferred working understanding of design softwares (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign etc.) and MS Suite applications.
. Proficiency in English (fullproficiency) and Hindi (listening, speaking)
. Excellent written communication skills in English, analytical abilities and experience in working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
. Leadership qualities whilst working cohesively in the IHA team and with other technical and administrative staff of INTACH.
