The Bulletin (ISSN OO11-2895) is published by Cultural Research Institute, the scientific and technical wing of the Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal. It was first published in 1962 and earned international recognition. The Bulletin publishes articles relevant to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes of West Bengal as well as India. The Bulletin is open for ideas of the scholars from across the globe to share valuable knowledge through it.
