A research opportunity is available for a dedicated and qualified Research Assistant to contribute to an on-site, full-time project focused on the intangible cultural heritage of Madhya Pradesh.
Project Details:
Duration: Up to 3 months
Honorarium: Up to ₹25,000/- per month
Location: Madhya Pradesh (On-site)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate holds an MA/Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences, with a specialization in History, Archaeology, Cultural and Heritage Management, or related disciplines.
Experience:
The position requires 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in on-field research projects and archival research.
Position Requirements:
The candidate must possess strong writing skills.
A solid understanding of history is essential.
Experience in archiving and compilation work is necessary.
A passion for cultural heritage is highly valued.
The ability to work on site is necessary.
Responsibilities:
The Research Assistant will conduct on-field research and documentation.
They will perform archival research and data compilation.
They will contribute to written reports and documentation.
They will provide support to the project team in various research-related tasks.
