This is a part time opportunity. As a Social Media Design Intern at ARISA Foundation, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our mission and outreach efforts through visually compelling content across various social media platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing team to create impactful designs that engage our audience and drive awareness of our initiatives. Job Title: Social Media Design Intern

Stipend: Rs. 7,000 - 10,000 per month
Responsibilities:
1. Designing visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for use on social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for social media campaigns.
3. Creating and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all social media channels.
4. Assisting in the creation of multimedia content, including infographics, and short videos.
5. Optimizing designs for different social media platforms and ensuring compatibility with various devices and screen sizes.
6. Monitoring social media trends and incorporating relevant themes and topics into design projects.
7. Assisting with the management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages when necessary.
8. Providing support for other marketing and communications initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
1. Pursuing a degree in graphic design, digital media, communications, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant tools.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and engagement.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Passion for social causes and a commitment to our organization's mission.
9. Interest in promoting cross-disciplinary connections and blending the worlds of science and art.
10. Prior experience with social media management or content creation is a plus, but not required.
