The internship program at the Archaeological Survey of lndia (ASl), under the aegis of Ministry of
Cultures, Government of tndia, is designed to provide a unique practical work experience to budding
archaeologists, historians and cultural heritage professionals of the country. Apart from familiarizing
them with the mandate of the organization and working methods of the Government, the program
aims to strengthen their academic knowledge and offer relevant work experience to prepare them
for their future careers.
